Frozen Shoulder Recommendations by Russ Tannenbaum DC

Acute or Chronic shoulder injuries can turn into a tear of the Rotator cuff in the shoulder. The cuff is made up of the combined tendons for the Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus and Teres muscles also know as the SIT muscles. Over the years we have treated hundreds of these almost always with good results. It is rare that surgical intervention is needed as long as the patient has patience and is willing to do passive exercises at home along with some in office physical therapy. DR Russ has surgery recommended, and instead he decided to rehab his shoulder. Today many years later he leads a normal life with full shoulder mobility. To Contact Russ Tannenbaum click here.
